9. Refunds & Cancellations

4. Veterinary Examination

6. Horse Purchases

8. Deposits & Reservations

10. Transportation & Delivery
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for arranging transportation of a purchased horse. Where Horse Match Sales assists with transportation or delivery, additional costs, arrangements, and responsibilities will be communicated separately.
12. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must provide truthful and accurate information about horses and must have the legal authority to sell any horse listed. False, misleading, fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized listings may be removed without notice.
14. Photos & User Content
By submitting photographs, videos, descriptions, reviews, or other content to Horse Match Sales, you confirm that you have the right to use that content and allow Horse Match Sales to display and use it in connection with our website and services.
16. Third-Party Services
